Wacken Metal Battle Cyprus: Live Showcase in Larnaca

Experience Wacken Metal Battle Cyprus in Larnaca on January 17, 2026, as six local bands compete live for a place in the Greece–Cyprus final. Cyprus officially joins the Wacken Metal Battle for the first time with a national live showcase in Larnaca, Cyprus. Hosted at Savino Live, the event features six Cypriot metal bands selected through the official Wacken Metal Battle application process. Each band will perform a 30-minute set in front of an international judging panel. By the end of the night, two bands will be chosen to represent Cyprus at the Greece–Cyprus Regional Final in Athens on April 5, 2026. The winner of that final secures a slot at Wacken Open Air, making this a key moment for the local metal scene.
