Abandoned Settlement in Machairas: Guided Hike

Join us for a guided hike in the Machairas Forest on Sunday, March 22, 2026, featuring an ascent to Throumpiaris peak and a visit to the abandoned Chelidonia settlement. This organized nature outing, designed by Vounisious, offers a blend of scenic forest views and historical interest. The circular route is rated Easy–Intermediate, covering approximately 9 km and taking around 3 hours. The hike consists mainly of country roads, a short asphalt section, and a small adventure hike segment.
