Terms & Conditions for Online Ticket Purchases 1. General By purchasing a ticket for any event organized by Columbia Beach, Columbia Sun, or 7 Seas, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. 2. Ticket Purchase All ticket sales are processed securely through our official online ticketing partners or website. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the ticket details (event, date, and quantity) are correct before confirming the purchase. 3. Non-Refundable Policy All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer. 4. Event Changes The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, lineup, schedule, or venue if necessary. In the event of rescheduling, previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. 5. Entry Requirements Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and in accordance with the event’s age restrictions and venue policies. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest not complying with venue rules or behaving inappropriately. 6. Lost or Damaged Tickets The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Duplicate or replacement tickets will not be issued. 7. Photography & Media By attending the event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be captured for promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent to appear in such materials. 8. Liability The organizer accepts no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending the event, except where required by law.
