Dali–Potamia Cycling Route: Nature & History Ride

A guided circular cycling route from Dali to Potamia, Cyprus, invites participants to explore the area’s natural beauty and historical landmarks on two wheels. Organised by Salonica View, the ride starts and ends in Dali and follows calm roads suitable for an enjoyable cycling experience. The starting point is at the Salonica View offices, next to Mikel Coffee in Dali. The route passes through scenic landscapes and includes planned stops that highlight the cultural and historical identity of the region 🚴 Stops include Agios Dimitrianos Church in Dali, the old watermill at Agridi, the medieval manor of Catherine Cornaro in Potamia, and the abandoned village of Agios Sozomenos. In Agios Sozomenos, cyclists can visit the cave church dedicated to the saint and the remains of the medieval Gothic church of Agios Mamas, reflecting the area’s multicultural past. The ride concludes with a circular return along the river above Dali, offering a balanced experience of sport, history, and nature.
