Laou Laou: Agioi Omologites Christmas Streets

A Christmas neighbourhood gathering in Nicosia, Cyprus, brings the streets around Agioi Omologites Church to life on Sunday, December 21, from 11:00 to 17:00. This open, community-led event invites neighbours and visitors to celebrate together in a festive and welcoming atmosphere. 🎟️ Free entry. The day features Christmas carols, local crafts, street games, placemaking workshops, and festive food and drinks 🎄 A long communal table will be set up in the church square for a bring-your-own potluck, bake sale, community kitchen, and shared conversations. Part of the bake sale will raise funds for planting new trees in empty spots along the neighbourhood streets, adding a meaningful environmental dimension to the celebration.
